                            ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗಳು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕಳಕಳಿ ಇರುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ಬೇಸರ ತರಿಸುವಂತಿದೆ. ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ-ಅನೈತಿಕತೆ-ಶಾಸಕರ ಖರೀದಿ ಮುಂತಾದವು ರಾಜಕಾರಣದ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳೇನೋ ಎಂಬಂತೆ ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ಮುಖಂಡರೂ ವರ್ತಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ಬಯಸುವವರಿಗೆ ನಿರಾಸೆ ಮೂಡಿಸುವಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ ಸಂಘದ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕನಾಗಿ ಇಂದಿನ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸುವ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯತೆ ಉಂಟಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ನನ್ನ ಭಾವನೆ. ಕಾರಣಗಳು ಎರಡು: ಮೊದಲನೆಯದು, ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ಆಡಳಿತ ಚುಕ್ಕಾಣಿ ಹಿಡಿದಿರುವವರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಘದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಕೆಲವರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರು ಸಂಘದ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನದಿಂದಲೂ ಅಳೆಯುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಎರಡನೆಯದು, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ ಸಂಘದ ಕಾರ್ಯಶೈಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಮನೆಯೊಳಗಿನ’ ಮಾತುಕತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕಗೊಳಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನ ಇಲ್ಲದಿರುವುದು. ಸಂಘದ ಹಿರಿಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರ ನಿಕಟ ಸಂಪರ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ನನಗೆ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆಯೂ ಕೆಲವು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಈ ಚಿಂತನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು (ಎರಡನೆಯ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ) ಸೂಕ್ತವೆಂದೆನಿಸಿ ಈ ಲೇಖನ ಬರೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಇಂದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪಕ್ಷ ಹಾಗೂ ಸರಕಾರ ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡ

              ನಾನು ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ತರಕಾರಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಯಾರು ತರಕಾರಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಎಂಜಲು, ಸಿಂಬಳ, ಉಚ್ಚೆ, ಬೆವರು ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಂಟಿಸುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ನನಗೆ ಅನ್ನಿಸುತ್ತದೋ ಅಂಥವರಿಂದ ಮಾತ್ರ. ತರಕಾರಿ, ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೇಳಿದ ಅಸಹ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹಚ್ಚಿ ಮಾರುವವರು ಎಂದು ಯಾರ ಮೇಲೆ ನನಗೆ ಅನುಮಾನ ಬರಬಹುದೋ ಅಂಥವರಿಂದ ನಾನು ಏನನ್ನೂ ಖರೀದಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಧರ್ಮದ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುವುದು ಯಾರು ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ಮನೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆ, ಶುದ್ಧತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೋ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ. ಯಾರು ಈ ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳು ಎಂಬ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಬದುಕುತ್ತಾರೋ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ. ಯಾರು ಈ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯಿದೆ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೋ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ. ಯಾರು ಬಾಂಬು ಮಾಡುವವರಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ನನಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತದೋ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ. ಯಾರು ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕರಂತೆ ಕಾಣುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೋ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ. ಒಂದು ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್ಲಿಗಾಗುವಷ್ಟು ಜನರನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡು ಮನಸ್ಸು ಬಂದಂತೆ ಬದುಕುವ ಜನರಿಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ಹಿಡಿಯಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿಲ್ಲ. ಯಾರು ಈ ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳೆಂಬ ಭಾವನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬದುಕುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲವೋ, ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಈ ದೇಶದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನ, ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ, ಪ್ರೀತಿಗಳಿಲ್ಲವೋ ಅಂಥವರಿಗೆ ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ಕೊಡದೆ ಇರುವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ನಾನು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಧರ್ಮದ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಪ್ಲ
